Julie MacLean is the Client Services Delivery Manager at Welcomehome Relocations, responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Client Services Delivery Team and ensuring seamless execution of Destination Services across Canada. Drawing on nearly two decades of relocation experience, Julie brings a deep understanding of transferee needs and the critical role that effective communication plays in a successful transition.
Julie has been a valued member of the Welcomehome family since 2003. Prior to her current role, she served as a Relocation Specialist in Toronto and the surrounding area for 17 years. Her firsthand experience in this role gives her unique insight into the support required by both clients and consultants alike.
A native of Toronto, Julie has lived in various neighbourhoods throughout the GTA, giving her extensive local knowledge and a strong foundation for her earlier relocation work. Before joining Welcomehome, she spent over 10 years working with Fortune 500 companies, developing a strong grasp of corporate policies and procedures — a background that continues to inform her management style and operational approach.
