“As part of my relocation to Calgary I was extended a resource to assist us with navigating through the city. That resource was Patti. I must share that having Patti as the Orientation Representative was a real treat. When we got off of our flight, went through customs, went through immigration, and picked up our luggage. By this time we had endured quite a lengthy day. However, it was most refreshing when I saw Patti holding up a sign with our names. She welcomed us with a bright smile and enthusiastic energy! She went above and beyond while awaiting our necessary steps in getting the rental car and shifting luggage from one car to the other. She also provided a very comprehensive orientation of the city later in the week. Patti represented Calgary in such an amazing way. She was relatable and such a great conversationalist! I am grateful to have had Patti as my Orientation Representative. Patti was the first face to represent Calgary and she is someone I will never forget.” – T., May 2013
